Much used in the Central America cuisine. The taste is strong, somewhat tangy flavor; it is used to
flavor beans and fish. Since it is a carminative (gas reducer); it helps avoid the gastric discomfort
that may occur after eating beans.
Try the Epazote in soups, with shellfish and eggs or as an ingredient in quesadillas.
Try in Burriquitas (Mini Burritos).
It combines well with other Mexican seasonings.
